Shipping & Return Policies

By placing your order with UniLuv Marketing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Shipping

Shipping Policy

  • Any orders placed before 1:00pm PST will be processed within 2 business days.
  • All express deliveries (3 Day, 2 Day, Next Day, etc.) are shipped same day.
  • UPS only delivers on business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Saturday deliveries are available with Next Day shipping only.
  • We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO's. This service may be available at a future date.
  • For orders returned due to incorrect, missing address information, or any issues related to customs or importing, shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If no specific shipping instructions are provided, UniLuv Marketing will use the best shipping method available and will invoice the client accordingly.
  • UniLuv Marketing is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
  • (International Customers) The recipient is responsible for all Customs Duties and Taxes levied by the country of destination.

Returns

Consumer/Retailer Return Policy

  • You may return select items purchased from UniLuv Marketing (see non-refundable item list below) within the first 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • All items that are returned must be in original packaging and not damaged/used in any way.
  • We do not refund shipping costs at any time.
  • We do not pay for shipping on returns.
  • There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned products to be calculated based on the original purchase price.
  • Customers must provide an invoice or receipt indicating clear proof of purchase with the return package.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Clearance items
  • Promotion deals or bundles
  • Free gift items
  • Used screen protectors
  • Electronics
  • Used or open headphones

Please email support@uniluvmarketing.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). If your package does not have an RMA number, you will not be refunded. UniLuv Marketing is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. All refunds will be made once the product has arrived and has been approved as a non-damaged, packaged item.

The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in the same condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. The returned item(s) must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping.

UniLuv Marketing’s refund policy is subject to change at any time without notice. All issues are dealt with on a case by cases basis to be determined by the support team.
